It wasn,t bad good people mostly yhey knows their duty,nice location the only thing parking undet ground was tight no enough space and slipery down grade ...

The hotel was good in all aspects.

Great affordable hotel in Sharjah, close to the Al Majaz waterfront, the souk and beautiful Al Noor Mosque. We chose this hotel because of its affordability compared to hotels in Dubai over the new years period. We definitely do not regret it. It was approx 15 minutes from Dubai international and about 30 minutes to get to the Dubai Mall with a taxi fare of AED70. As our flight arrived early morning, we reached the hotel at 5.45am and was allowed an early check-in by 7.30, which we were very grateful for. We booked a family room which had a queen bed and 2 separate singles and a small bathroom. The room itself was quite roomy for the 4 of us. There is room service available to 11pm with a restaurant on the 1st floor. We did not book our stay to include breakfast, so cannot comment on the food. There is a Spinneys supermarket 2 minutes away as well as a MacDonalds and a variety of other fast food outlets in the area as well as a Costas coffee in the hotel. The service by staff was amazing - always willing to help with any request or assist where they can. Overall, this is not a 5* hotel and guests should not expect such luxuries. However, we enjoyed our stay very comfortably and will definitely return and recommend to anyone interested!
