酒店十分適合一家大小入住，設施適合方便，酒店職員十分友善及熱心幫助，下次有機會都會再次入住。

The hotel room is very big with 2 bedrooms and jacuzzi at the balcony. The view is very nice which facing the mountain. However, the water for the jacuzzi was not hot enough when the hotel is full house. The buffet dinner is amazing with wide variety of food. Very nice and relax stay.

It is a nice hotel. Room is so big that is suitable for children.There is indoor and outdoor onsen. Breakfast is good. It is a good hotel for those who travels with car.

空氣清新又舒適的好飯店
今年排了輕井澤旅遊，但又想泡溫泉，就決定就住這裡了，房間好大，床好好睡，但晚餐排在淺間會議廳，這是我覺得住宿這家飯店的敗筆，但隔天的早餐我選了另一家西式百匯，分數就拉回來了，有機會還是會選這裡住，只是如果用自駕的會更方便，如果想搭接駁車就需配合飯店安排的時間。
