Bad ac but good overall
Overall a good stay. Room was big with plenty of space to fit any luggage, bathroom nice size as well. Probably the only negative is that the A/C wasn't that cold in my room. The temperature was set at 18 but it felt more like 25

Loved the rooftop pool and bar. Breakfast had a great variety of foods. Construction next door was a bit noisy during the day but very quiet of a night. Need was super comfortable.

Good hotel, lovely staff. Despite a few accidents such as lift is broken or problem with the room etc..the staff of the hotel was very kind and available.

Swim up bar was a plus and so nice- pool isnt too deep which is beneficial. The location isn't bad, except there is alot of construction going on around the hotel so it is very noisy.

We booked a classic room knowing that it was a basic room but the room was small, opened the curtains & we looked straight onto a corridor to other staying quarters, dirty aircon units...not a pleasant view at all. Bathroom was a shower & toilet & sink was in bedroom. No drawers to put anything. We asked to look at the grand deluxe which although the bathroom was bigger with a bath the room was the same except for a wedge shape balcony which overlooks the pool with 1 chair on it & if there was a spare chair it wouldn’t have fit on the balcony. The rooms were musky smelling & bathrooms were damp & mouldy. We ended up paying an extra $300 to upgrade to the pool access room. Still similar to the other rooms however we could sit outside our room together. The room towels were grey & looked like they needed a good soak or replacing & the pool towels were tatty, stained or had wholes in them. ground floor pool closed at 8pm so those with pool side & pool access couldn’t use the pool to cool off after 8pm. The 7th floor pool is only knee deep & open till 11pm. The pool bar staff were too busy talking to themselves or on their phones, didn’t attempt to interact with guests which made it hard to order drinks. At checkout asked for a towel to continue using the pool & shower which took half an hour to get & the only showers were near pool with no shower screen or place to put your dry clothes. We won’t stay here again
