What an amazing hotel! Since the moment we arrived, we were greeted with the most amazing service! All of the staff is so friendly and helpful While they seemed more busy that they expected to be, they continued to offer great customer service. David and Dulio at the main pool and the beach were awesome. The servers and hostess' in the restaurants were so helpful. Everyone working together to make sure we were enjoying our stay. We stayed in the new rooms and they are spectacular. There is construction going on other parts of the property, but you can hardly tell. No noise issues. The Food options were good. Some better than others. Maybe adding more options for the kids. Nuggets, pizza and pasta can get exhausting after a couple of days. Thank you everything We can't wait to return soon!

Beautiful beach area. Staff was very helpful and attentive.

First time to Mexico so weren’t sure where to stay but very happy with our choice. We had 2-bedroom beachfront room which was amazing, very spacious. Staff friendly and attentive and food delicious. All inclusive is the way to go! Beach not crowded and able to go for a nice walk. Pool is not huge but there is a waterslide which our kids just loved. We enjoyed the small rural nature of this place, very relaxing!

The hotel was clean, staff attentive and always friendly, lots of activities for the kids and the beach volleyball and soccer was always fun and fast paced. Swimming was great in the pool and in the ocean. Kayaks boogie boards and beach games were always available. Food was good, if a tiny bit repetitive, always well prepared. Hotel room was clean well equipped and sort of well furnished. One couch for a family?? In the evenings it is nice to stretch out and enjoy a movie, sometimes. But seating was sparse. And not very comfortable. A few more comfy chairs would be welcome and a couple of lounging chairs on the deck. Though the day bed was comfy on the balcony. Overall 3/5 for comfort. Though the bed was great and big, the pull out couch was pretty nasty and uncomfortable. One coffee pack per stay ( not per day) for the suite coffee maker is just plain cheap though the bottle of wine was good plonk. Otherwise an awesome place to stay. .

Fue bastante decepcionante, desde un inicio. En el check in hubo un error, eran dos habitaciones para 4 personas pero en la reserva si bien aparecían las dos habitaciones solo aparecían dos personas, no se donde estuvo el error, quizá fue mío, pero lo peor fue que me cobraron tarifa rack por las dos personas adicionales, todos saben que la tarifa rack prácticamente nunca se cobra y menos en la situación actual, se aprovecharon. De ahi en adelante muchos detalles, fuimos porque he ido varias veces al Marival Distinct y nos gusta, pero la calidad de los alimentos y bebidas de este hotel esta claramente no uno, sino varios peldaños por debajo. Un ejemplo, el mejor ron que tenían era Bacardí Blanco... y las comidas ni hablar, con decirles que tuve que salir comprar cosas para mi hija que es vegana. El baño de la habitación 4403, estuvo siempre con un olor horrible de alcantarilla, realmente muy desagradable.

Muy buen servicio de todos los que trabajan en el hotel sus instalación como los alimentos de primera, viajar de placer o negocios es una experiencia formidable

Muy buen lugar, el todo incluido abarca desde las comidas hasta bebidas. La cocina muy rica. Amenidades excelentes y con grandes vistas!! Los mejores atardeceres se ven ahí. Cuenta con varias albercas y vista al mar, restaurantes de calidad. Habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias y la atención de personal de primera. Súper recomendado el lugar para una estancia en Punta de Mita.

Excelente comida en los restaurantes, vista espectaculares a las islas marietas, los meseros de lo más atento, muy bonitas instalaciones en general. No me gusto que desde que llegamos nos insistieron a ir a unas pláticas de paquetes vacacionales y al ir las personas que nos atendieron fueron de los más groseras por lo que nos tuvimos que ir por su falta de respeto.
