Everything was great! My only problem was that Online pictures show a toaster inside the rooms, and this was not actually the case. They did not even have a toaster in the shared kitchen which was a total let down. They need to update their online photos.

Simple place to stay for much less than a hotel. Could use signs to say where to go.

First this is a college campus student housing. Second yes two rooms but the kitchen did not have a glass to drink out of. Minimal amount of towels. No coffee no ice no nothing. Just beds and a bathroom nothing else. So be prepared. For the price sleep and dash it's great. Check in is inside the student dorm entrance across from where Google sends you.

Both my vehicle and phone GPS could not find the property late that evening. Upon calling the facility directly at around 11 pm, the front desk was no longer open. I had no way to describe where I was to get further assistance to access this as final destination for the evening. So, I then called Expedia directly since I’d paid for but could not communicate to the hotel my whereabouts. I was assured they’d find me a room and was put on hold for over an hour. After being on hold for over an hour I was then told by the Expedia Customer Care person that Expedia could not find me a room but refunded my money. That would have been so much easier to do that from the get go. Customer Care person was pleasant but his ability to make a decision or receive a decision was very poor. The Expedia Customer Care is really nothing more than a Emotional Support Team with little to no power and effect to assist in customer issues such as mine. We ended staying at an Expedia promoted hotel without using the Expedia App. It was actually 20% cheaper booking directly with the hotel. Also, as nice and seemingly appeasing the Customer Care person was, their application of the English language was below what should be expected for a company of this magnitude. Time to find a new travel App? Probably.
