My stay was amazing. I had 2 bad experiences at 2 hotels prior to me checking in here. The first hotel was the Holiday Inn Express and Suites and customer service was terrible! The second hotel was Baymont and the customer service was excellent but the rooms weren't clean enough for my 2 year old and I. Then I found this hotel and everything went so smooth! Excellent customer service, clean room and speedy check in!!!!! I needed this to turn my day around😆

Being charged for Pre-existing Damage

We've stayed here twice, but after this last time NEVER again. To add insult to our displeasure, the manager (Dominique) decided to charge US $250 for the TV that was broken when we took possession of the room. (We're talking to the hotel chain for resolution) Check your credit card charges, because that's how we found it and also an extra night charged even though we paid for it through Hotels.com. The place has smelled like pot both times we stayed, even though there's "no smoking" signs everywhere. The "Standard" room we got (207) was dirty and had missing and stained towels and a broken TV. Josi was great and moved us across the hall when I reported the TV which was the last straw. (My husband was recovering from wisdom tooth surgery and Josi was thoughtful enough to make our move the shortest possible.) Very disappointing overall because our first stay had been much more pleasant.

For a hotel on the cheaper side, it was very nice. The staff was lovely and the hotel was clean. The only issue I had with this hotel was the lack of a mini fridge, which was more of just a minor inconvenience than an actual issue.

little Below average

The staff was great. The breakfast was pretty good as well. The carpet in the room could most definitely use a cleaning as it had a strong Oder. The toilet was also dirty with a mold like substance in it. A simple brushing would have done the trick.

Disappointing Stay this time.

To no fault of the hotel itself, we had a miserable stay this time due to inconsiderate people that slammed doors and yelled ALL NIGHT LONG. I’m not exaggerating either - started with a screaming child at 9:30pm and progressively got worse with people yelling at each other in the hall. Then door slamming. All of this was constantly going on during the night - had earbuds on with music turned up and still could hear them. It finally stopped around 4am and started right back up at 5am. No sleep at all for us. The people in the room next door we banging on walls, desks, yelling at each other, etc. They were pretty irritated when we made noise at 9am packing up to leave - then the cops were in the parking lot when we left. We will most likely find a different hotel next time. So sad too - the very nice lady at the desk at check in remembers us each time we stay there.
