Used to be a nice hotel. Now run down and replaced with IKEA Parts. Tear in the carpet and stained carpet. Also matted lint on the pillow case and hair on the bathroom floor.

It is a great disappointment as room details Was not correct information. Gentleman staff is not friendly attentive。not smile at all。 he uses his own mobile phone in front of when I checked in。when I caked out another lady staff using her mobile phone in front of customer and even did not care about customer。is this hotel 4 star??you must be joking!!! Should be more friendly welcome and good bye。

I was charged twice. One by hotels.com and two by the hotel. I told the hotel I had paid it online and they said they could not see the booking. I contacted hotels.com for a refund and they said they would refund and I was waiting for a month and never refunded. Contacted them the second time and said only will refund the basic amount which was below what I had paid. I used hotels.com a lot and was always received a good customer service and always solved the problems. But today the customer service disconnected the conversation we had. The hotel itself is great, but the customer service is really bad, the receptionist was adamant that there is no booking made through hotels.com. When checking out, the receptionist was on video calling and not paying attention to customer. It will be my first and last time staying at this hotel. As for hotels.com, please train your staff to be patient with customer and do not disconnect the chat suddenly without solving the problem. I have been your loyal customer and felt so dissapointed today.

The stay was okay and the room and the general environment were clean except that the bed we had was doubtful of a double bed. The breakfast was great and staff were professional in their duty.

Don’t book this hotel because even though you paid your stay they still ask you a deposit so if you don’t pay the deposit they won’t let you stay even if you paid. I have never seen anything like it the room was so dusty.

They couldn't find my booking on their system. Then gave me a double instead of a twin, which was quickly resolved. room was tidy and compact. Bed was...high! Breakfast was enjoyable. There was a no access to the hotel for those arriving on foot so you had to walk where vehicles drive which can be a bit dodgy
