We enjoyed our three night stay at this very central hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful and helped us select good restaurants for our evening meals. The room was a little small but perfectly adequate for our needs. Our only criticism would be that the young lady dealing with breakfast could have done with more help to keep tables clear and deal with requests. She did her best!

Great location for a relaxing visit

Located right at the heart of Split! We had such a great time hearing live music drifting through the windows during the afternoons. It was so nice to be able to have a spot to relax in the middle of the day, and to be only minutes from all the restaurants and activities. The room was very clean and the breakfast was good. The staff was also very friendly. Just to be warned, the bell tower rings between 6:00 - 8:00, so light sleepers might want to bring some earplugs. However, I think the hotel website information can be rather misleading about their services. For example, I didn't receive any help with figuring out car parking even though their website states that they can help their guests reserve a space for 20 euros. I had contacted them twice about this and ended up just figuring it out on my own. I had the same experience with going to the airport - their website states there is an airport shuttle but the front desk just offered to book me a private car when I asked. I ended up also figuring the airport shuttle out on my own at a fraction of the car price.

Fabulous location! Just steps from the palace. Only difficulty is finding the hotel after the basement gates are locked as through the basement is the fastest way to get to the hotel. Staff were incredibly helpful!! Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious!

The hotel location is perfect for easy access to all local sites and transport for tours. Staff were wonderful, friendly and very helpful. Hotel room was very small and the bathroom only has a glass sliding door so little privacy if you're sharing your room! Would typically expect more space, facilities and privacy / comfort from a 4 star hotel.

We spent 1 night in the Heritage Jupiter Luxury Hotel and did not regret it. This property is literally right next door to the Diocletian basement doors. The location is perfect. Our room was the perfect size and decor was perfect and fitting for the setting. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located inside the walls...so it’s in the middle of everything but not noisy at all since windows are double paned. It has an elevator which is definitely a plus. Also, breakfast buffet is good.

Our room was advertised as “two double beds” and what we received was a bed with a small uncomfortable cot. One of our party ended up having to sleep on the floor. Incredibly disappointing for a luxury hotel charging 400 USD per night. When we expressed our disappointment, we were told by staff there was nothing they could do and to take it up with Expedia.

Loved this hotel! The rooms were very comfortable and big, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was huge and delicious! Would definitely stay here again!
