Great hotel to stay at in London.
Outstanding. The hotel was in an excellent location. The service was exceptional. The room was clean and very comfortable.

Very small bathroom in "deluxe" room
The first time I stayed the room was excellent. Then a week later I returned booked the same type of room and the bathroom was much smaller. The door hardly opened enough so you had to squeeze in. Also the second time the charged $50 to my US credit card upon arrival and I incurred bank charges.
