Comfortable stay. Staff courteous and helpful. Complimentary breakfast is excellent and I enjoyed it the most. Room spacious and comfortable for a four star hotel. Wash room could be slightly better and wider but no major issues. Overall would recommend and good experience.

Not exactly luxury - nothing special
I stayed at this hotel expecting complete luxury and prompt service. However it was not all that I imagined. I booked an executive king room, initially the room I was in had not been cleaned and I had to be moved to a different room. There were towels that were ripped and not of the standard or quality I was expecting. During my stay, I had access to the executive lounge but this was closed during most of my stay which was irritating as I missed out on a perk that I specifically paid for by opting for the executive suite. The restaurant service was also not up to scratch. On one particular occassion I sat waiting for over 45 mins for my dinner which really took the luxury right out of this experience. Whenever I had an issue no staff was willing to listen and I was told “go online only”. That was also dissapointing and really unexpected from PC definitely a massive step down from Bhurban. It’s a real shame as I was really looking forward to staying here but ultimately was dissapointed overall.

Old furniture/ aged staff/ slow services/ old bathroom fixtures. Stains on sofa/ carpet. Lobby was hot. No shed for pick n drop. Uncomfortable parking, too many turns. Very oily omelette.
