The room was very dated, as to be expected. The balcony door did not close, let alone lock. Smallest pool I’ve ever seen. On arrival the staff were lovely but on departure, an older man was working on the desk and was incredibly inappropriate. As a woman there on my own, he was asking about my boyfriend, if I’m a naughty girl and told me to come back when I’m being naughty. Absolutely disgusting!!

Excellent and welcoming stay
Reached hotel 10.30 am - early for check-in. But Chris was very helpful and asked us to park the car inside, gave us a map of surroundings and asked us to go for a stroll around the marina right opposite, visit the info center, have lunch and come back by noon. We did just that and when we returned Chris was right in front and provided us with all the instructions about security keys and other useful instructions about the room. The room was very clean and comfortable. People were very friendly and welcoming. Everything was right around the corner and the location was very convenient. Cafe, Cinema, Pizza, Ice Cream, Post Office, Woolworths, Shopping arcade, Marina - all around the hotel.

A very clean and quiet motel, fantastic situation in the heart of Nelson Bay, no need to drive convenient walk to everything. Rooms were quiet clean and supplied everything that was needed. would definitely stay again
