The rims of my car got damaged going up from the basement parking. It cost a lot. Suggest you reduce the cement lane divider height to only hit tyres or demolish it and replace with cats eyes. Drivers can’t drive fast anyway going up or down since it’s winding, so they likely won’t bump each other. There are paint scrapes on the walls which also means cars have bumped the walls trying to keep in the narrow lanes. With cats eyes, drivers can maneuver better to avoid hitting walls and damaging their cars.

Great experience. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Only wish there is a single thin sheet in case the thick blanket gets so hot for an individual. Helpful and friendly staff. Enjoyed the pool time.

My Family stayed in this hotel for a night and they told me the staff so stick and they ask to kids to stay in the hotel room for the rest of the day. I don't recommend this place if you have plans to relax.

Would have given top rating if hotel had notified in advance that one of its two wings including top restaurant was closed. I understand why it was closed - lack of custom following Taal eruption - but this was not made clear before check in to hotel. Even still advertised at front door! Accommodation was comfortable and food much better than average. View, including from room, was fantastic. Would definitely stay again, especially after main restaurant reopens.

The location of hotel is readily accessible and the view of Taal Lake from the room is really nice.
