地點與交通方面都很方面，晚上安靜不會吵。雖然房間小了一點，但是還可以接受。

very conveniently located to subways and the monorail to the Haneda airport. The room was compact but the double bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, it was not possible to obtain a second room key.

No bed light, a big neon on the ceiling which was not at all comfortable to read before sleeping. I have modified my reservation before arrival for a big non-smoking double room (16 M2). They gave me a small smoking room and I had to reclaim though they apologized saying that Expedia didn’t update them my reservation. Rooms are clean, but lighting was sad, despite a gorgeous reception hall on the ground floor.

I wouldn't choose this hotel again due to the condition of carpet and sofa were not clean enough. Probably not caused by housekeeping but the hotel itself was too aged. I felt itch once sitting on the sofa. The location is walkable from station and next to the part which was excellent though.

Hotel lobby was nice. Rooms were a little dated. Bed covers had stain on them. Staffs were nice.
