Great hotel, great location, EXCEPTIONAL staff members. They took awesome care of us.

Carrissa at the front desk was amazing. So helpful and accommodating (first class). Room was nice but you can hear the room above you so try to stay on the top floor if you can. Otherwise you might be up longer or sooner than you expected.

This was the best stay we have ever had, wish we could bring your staff to all the hotels we stay at. The extra attention that is given by all the stuff makes us feel special. An extra thank you to the lady that does the breakfast Monday thru Friday, and forgive me the maintenance man. Thank you!!!!!

Made a reservation and asked the reservationist to verify room availability only to find out that the hotel had been completely overbooked. I was there for a Lacrosse tournament that my daughter was supposed to be playing in and ended up having to travel back to Georgia 5 hours away, because there were no rooms available anywhere. It was a HUGE disappointment and inconvenience as well as a waste of gas money. I'm pretty sure I won't be booking through Hotels.com anymore because I can't risk me and my family being stranded in a strange city.

Our stay was good however we stayed from 6-2-2019(Sunday) to 6-8-2019(Saturday) and our room was only cleaned Tuesday,Wednesday and Thursday. So the days they were not cleaned our trash was close to overflowing. Other then the lack of housekeeping our stay was good. The beds were really comfortable.
