員工都很友善，服務也很好，離海灘近。只是好像沒有會說中文的員工（因飯店描述裡有提到多國語言：中文的服務人員），還算滿意但沒有驚艷的感覺。

Free transfer from hotel, free transfer to nearby restaurant and spa, great service, food is ok so only thing can improve is food quality. Many restaurant and spa nearby within walking distance.

This is by far the best villa we have ever stayed in, our family of 6 spent a week at Mahagiri villas in a 3 bedroom villa and can’t speak highly enough of this place, absolutely 10 out of 10!!!... we would highly recommend this place to anyone who appreciates what 5 star holidaying should be like. Only a short walk or hotel shuttle to the main part of Sanur with restaurants or the beach or shopping etc. the staff were completely helpful in every way and went well beyond to look after us , we were actually quite sad to reach the end of our stay as all of the staff made us feel like we were their most important guests in the villas, I seriously wish I could rate this place a 6 out of 5!!.... I would definitely consider this place in the future for another visit to Bali

The villa was nice and large, very friendly staff, The villa itself seemed like it had better days though, a lot of wear and tear, unfortunately I was given the furthest villa, close to the road so I often heard music, and looking up on just sees a large antenna of some sort. WiFi didn't really work, they came out to try fix it, and it worked temporarily. But most of the stay not at all. Food was really good. I would stay again, but not in that villa, I think I got a dud on that one unfortunately.

The staff are very attentive and courteous, we love how they would drop us off at a restaurant and would pick you up when ready. The breakfast selection is great and having the option to have this in your villa is a big plus. This was our second stay at Mahagiri Villas Sanur and we are already planning our next stay here.
