查汶海灘花園度假村 - 蘇梅島

The Hotel is in a great location, on the beach and in walking distance of many of the bars/restaurants in Chaweng, so good, that this was our second visit to the hotel after a 12 night stay last year. The vast majority of the hotel staff are extremely friendly, especially Nuay the Pool Bar Bartender who always had a smile on her face. There is one young man on the hotel desk who always makes it seem as if you are bothering him and never seems that keen to help, he was there last year and identified himself as the manager at the time, although I do not believe this is true. We stayed in one of the Superior rooms which ran alongside the Swimming Pool, which opened up at 7am (although this was later changed to 8am whilst we were there), the Superior rooms have single glazed windows which means you are awoken by Chinese tourists screaming and shouting at the early hours of the morning. We mentioned this to the hotel and they offered to move us to one of the Shino rooms on the other side of the hotel, however, these back onto ARK Bar, which does not stop playing music until at least 2am (and sometimes later). In my opinion, and from our stay last year, the Standard Rooms are by far the best rooms at the hotel, they are in the centre of the hotel and are not impacted by either the pool or the ARK Bar. I would most definitely stay at the hotel again due to its cleanliness, location and friendly staff, but would be more selective with my room choice.

Fabulous property with adjoining soft white sand beach and plenty of restaurants at 5-10 min walk. Slight downside that it is on the flight path due to close proximity to Samui airport but no flights between 10pm-7am. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at garden beach resort and would highly recommend this hotel (and will consider the same during my next trip)

It was amazing I would definitely stay there again. My bed was a bit worn and felt broken. could also do with a proper shower and not only a hand sprayer but I guess those are small things. the pools were perfect and the beach is the best ever. blue water. The hotel actually looks better in person than in the photos, they don't do justice. Felt the massage ladies were a bit overwhelming and actually came to 'fetch' us from relaxing on the beach, didn't appreciate that. 80Baht for a bucket of ice after paying nothing in previous two hotels also not very nice. All in all I had a great stay, we all did but if you guys can work on those couple of things it would be ideal. Maybe new TV as well. Many thanks Chaweng Garden.
