Very nice Hotel

Nice for one or two nights. Next to the Airport. Free transfer.

Terrible management, misleading information with regards to transfer and dinner.

It used to be a great place, because I stayed there before. But this time, just a big expensive LIE! The main reason was the paid for and promised "FREE AIRPORT SHUTTLE". There was no shuttle, no transport. We had to pay the expensive taxi both ways. In explaining to manager, showing our printed reservation, he claims he didn't even know Orbitz and said they did nothing wrong and would not reimburse for lack of transport.

Fast check in and check out...Room was excellent condition.

The check in was rude and almost as if we were bothering them. We got to the room to find two little beds, for us. My feet hung over the end of the bed! We called to ask for a different room. They said there were no clean rooms, it was midnight. After threatening to leave, they found a clean room at 12:15, after we pestered them for 20 minutes. They said they changed reservations for us. The rest of the stay was great!
