Could not fault it in any way. It looks recently renovated & the staff were helpful and friemdly. At just 1 minute walk to the town centre, the location is perfect.

The combination of friendliness, comfort, cleanliness, efficiency, Covid19 measures and value for money is something I have not encountered before. Highly recommended if you are visiting the area

Lovely friendly service. Comfortable spacious clean room. Great location for the town and Rutland Water. Breakfast in room option was great. Staff went the extra mile to make our visit special.

We visited the Wisteria a few years ago but it has changed hands and the new owners have made vast improvements since the moved in 2 years ago. The atmosphere is now bright and breezy and the service excellent

Large room. Great parking. Loved the gardens around Hotel. Nicely presented. Liked that there was an option to eat at hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff on reception, plenty of car parking avaable. Clean and tidy everywhere. The public areas are smart, but the bedrooms could do with redecorating to bring up to more modern decor. the bathroom was smart and modern and had a great hot power shower. Breakfast although not huge portions was tasty and a good choice of hot selections.

Great as usual. So friendly and helpful! Minor point - the gathering during last week's fire alarm was not in the place indicated on the notice in our room! Secondly we heard the alarm and had thought it was a car alarm. When I looked out into the corridor I didn't see any visual indication that it was a fire alarm, so we took no immediate action, had to be called by a member of staff.

Beautiful hotel, perfectly located near to shops, restaurants and bars. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely visit again.

I thought this was an excellent little hotel. The staff and service were just right. The car park was a little bit pokey but that wasn't really a problem.
