It was a very clean room and comfortable bef

If you have an extended stay...they will not on a daily basis ...clean your sheets or even provide towels..you have to request new towels. the longer you stay the less service you get

The area around wasn’t all that bad, but this place is struggling! Very very much STRUGGLING! I’m not a super picky person but it just had so many problems...They didn’t have our double bed room when we got there, but no biggie, we took the King with a hide-a-bed. All the staff were very nice! They called someone to “set-up” the hide-a-bed and when they pulled the bed out, so much garbage came pouring out (beer bottle caps, qtips, dirt) it was so gross. The mattress were sooooo dirty and stained and the room smelled so strong of stale cigarette smoke. The neighbors (that I’m pretty sure were permanent residents) screamed at each other for hours & the next door neighbor is selling something as he kept having people stop by for a few mins and leave over and over. It was too late for us to find somewhere new so we tolerated it, but I’d never stay here again. Even our kids didn’t want to touch anything because it just felt so grimy... I had to come home and wash everything because everything smells like cigarette smoke including all our bags and luggage! The staff again was very nice, but this place needs a deep cleaning overhaul!

This first trip was good but I rented it a second time and it was very disappointing my room T.V didn't work the room had no toliet paper and was not as clean as the room I had the night before office was not able to get the issue fixed and for $140.00 a night at least the T.V should work or been able to switch rooms I was displeased with the service and results that Hotel.com was able to help with

Room was not well lit, the light and outlet above the bathroom sink didn't work making it impossible to shave in the morning, cabinets were literally falling apart.
