Very clean and room was in excellent condition. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

It was a good stay. The front desk service was really good. The room was clean and exactly what I expected.

Great stay and great customer service

The rooms were outstanding and the service was great. The only down fall was the pilkows, they were to hard. But overall i was very haooy with my stay. I woukd definitely recommend to my friends and family.

I loved the hotel but Eric was really unpleasant to talk to. I didn’t feel like I could ask him questions about our stay. Like for example he talk to my husband before about the breakfast I wasn’t there and I didn’t know they spoke when I came I asked him about it. He respond “ like I told your husband” with an annoyed tone. Apart from that it’s an okay hotel

The stay was pretty good; standard Marriott hotel and service. I was very disappointed at checkout, however, to find out I was billed for Internet for my stay. I specifically selected the free option, but the GM kept insisting I did select the paid option. It’s not a huge deal but it’s the little things, especially these days, that can make or break an experience so I do have to say I will not be staying at this hotel again, particularly since I’m a VIP member of Hotels.com. If it were me, I would’ve used the customer is always right policy and simply refunded the charges. It’s not like I ran up hundreds of dollars in incidentals. Just a few pennies will cost them a guest.

Great stay.. Clean and pretty sanitary during the PANDEMIC

Stay was great. Just sofa was not very comfortable. Could use pillows for sofa. Otherwise it was very comfortable. Staff was helpful and kind. Staff had great customer service skills.
