Okay but not great
The hotel was convenient for what we needed. The room however was very dirty. Gross thick white gunk/ stains on the curtains, dust and dirt all over pull out couch, and hair in bathroom and on pull out couch. We asked to early check in which is not guaranteed I understand but they said they would text me when I called at 11as soon as they had a double queen for me. Never received anything, arrived 7 minutes before normal check in (3 pm) and they didn’t even acknowledge that they never reached out. Employees were very nice but it was not the best at all for cleanliness.

Beautiful room at a great price!
Beautiful hotel and room! Definitely would stay again, and plan to check out this hotel brand in other locations now too. Pretty clean for the most part, though the sofa needed some cleaning/vacuuming, and the floors needed a more-thorough vacuuming as well. Excellent overall though.

Great Stay
The girls at the front desk were amazing! Very nice and helpful. The only issue was the sofa and ottoman were dirty. Breakfast was great Overall a great hotel!

Not reliable
They gave the room I specifically booked with two queens away. So I got to sleep on a fold out which was disappointing. The staff was helpful and pleasant. I did feel sick after the breakfast though.

Fantastic place to stay in Huntsville!
We loved our stay at the Springhill Suites in Huntsville! It seems to be a brand new hotel! When I checked it, the two women working at the desk were SO FRIENDLY it was unbelievable!!!! I have never been checked in so quickly or by such friendly people. Honestly, they were so endearing, I just wanted to hang out with them! SpringHill Suites did a good job hiring these two---I hope you tell them daily what amazing employees they are. They represent you well! When we checked out today, one of the same women was working again. I asked her if she lived at SpringHill Suites. She just laughed. I told her three little things maintenance might want to check on. You could tell she is going to send those items to maintenance and they'll probably get fixed!

We have stayed here a couple of times. My husband had surgery at Huntsville Hospital. We were very close to the hospital. Everyone was great.
