The stuff are very friendly and helpful, they seems to know you very well! The atmosphere is quite good, we all love the collection and the service. The room is very clean and sweet, however, the hot water was not so hot when we had shower at night, but it became hotter in the morning.

Comfortable & Peaceful yet in the heart of Malang
The service is very good, the rooms are quirky but comfortable and more importantly quiet. The breakfast is superb and is the reason I choose the Tugu over any other hotel in Malang. Breakfast is prepared for you, not a buffet where the food is warm or cold - but hot and freshly cooked.

Amazing stay
Such a great staff and wonderful accommodations. The restaurants are amazing and so reasonable for dinner. The breakfast that is included is like 3 breakfasts. It’s so much food and delicious. Believe all the reviews. It’s a great place.
