We found it was very confronting to get there and a load of people were out side our room very uncomfortable to walk through Also in the morning there was a lot of noice from other guesses the room was clean and nice if you dont mind being with lots of peple then we would say its not to bad as long as you dont come back at night as to get to the back door is very dark no lights

Warm welcome from Jen, lovely room and en-suite. The verandah is ideal for enjoying that morning cuppa. Also great sitting area at front. Beautiful clean kitchen with good breakfast foods. I cannot fault this b& b, my room was by the kitchen but had no problem with noise. Big bonus is being so near buses and trains and only 50 minute walk into the city Well done 99kirkland, a true home from home
