O local e a acomodação são excelentes. A limpeza estava impecável, havia bons equipamentos disponíveis para uso, todos funcionando bem, o espaço é amplo, os móveis bem conservados. A localização é boa, mas precisa de carro para ir até os locais de maior concentração de restaurantes e compras (10 minutos). A vista da varanda é linda. Recomendo muito o local, de forma geral. Gostamos bastante.

A great stay at this very modern apartment complex 👍 Booked a 6 night break over the Xmas period at good price via Expedia. Flamingos salgados is in a quiet area in between the Albufeira Marina and Amerco de pera (Galé /Gui area) so a car is ideally required unless you want to use Uber or Taxis to get around. The beach isn't far from the complex but due to the road designs and lack of pathways it's around a 2.5k walk or drive to reach. This complex was only built in 2024/25 and to a high standard. We had a 1 bedroom apartment with fully fitted kitchen, microwave, kettle, toaster, 4 ring induction hob, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine x2 (Espresso and filter drip) plus a good selection of plates, cups, glasses and cutlery. There is a large balcony accessed from living area and bedroom that gets the sun all day from around 11am to sunset. Reception spoke good English and where very welcoming plus they accommodated our early check in request. They also gave us a small sweet pastry present on Xmas day so this was appreciated. A couple of things to note. Underground parking is available at a charge (€5 I think), but free parking is available outside on street. You will need to bring your own washing up liquid , kitchen towels, Tea cloths, coffee pods to avoid the frustration others have noted on some reviews. Bathrooms have great rainfall shower but rest of the room is cramped a little with all the fittings. Cleaning schedule appears to b

Kitchen fully equipped to a high standard. The cutlery was missing... But i was out all the time and didn’t have a chance to notify them. Also the freezer needs defrosting as i noticed the door was not fully closed. Not that i used it. Minor things really, so I still feel that they deserve the full 5*

The property was lovely. Very clean and quiet. Close to nice beaches and towns. Great for our family visit. We also appreciated the many dining options and pools at the neighboring Marriott resort. The only negative was the broken AC unit in our room. It leaked a lot of water which had already caused damage to the wall and flooring before we arrived. We mentioned it at check-in and stopped using the unit when we noticed the damage. We were told that it was on the list to be repaired.

Amazing stay

Lovely brand new spacious flats, fully equipped kitchen, nestled between Marriott hotel and Marriott residences. The bonus is that you can use all of the facilities of the Marriott incl the various pools, kids pool with slides etc. You can also eat at the buffet restaurant (you get a 15% discount as a resident). Little train takes you to local beach and back every 15 min. Flamingos much better value than the next door Marriott and since the facilities are shared, I don’t see the point of paying a premium for the Marriott ! The complex is quite secluded so you need a car to get around. 10-15 min drive from albufeira, and Zoomarine theme park.

Sehr schönes und sauberes Appartement. Großer Balkon. Der Pool der Anlage ist klein, aber es war kein Problem einen Plat zu finden, obwohl wir in der Hauptsaison dort waren. Wir hatten einen Platz in der Tiefgarage, die sind allerdings sehr klein. Zum Meer hatten wir die Möglichkeit den Shuttle Service vom Marriott Hotel zu nutzen. Sind sehr zufrieden gewesen.
