The hotel was chosen for its location & facilities & on that basis we were not disappointed.
Very welcoming & informative reception. Our rooms were not ready when we arrived so we were shown to the club lounge where we could have free non alcoholic drinks & snacks.
After checking into the room, which was nicely cooled & very clean we returned to the Club lounge for the daily free cocktail hour.
The bedding was very comfortable & resulted in a good nights sleep after the travel.
Breakfast was included & there was a good selection.
The resort was spotless, but the main pool, with swim up bar, was too busy for me so I spent most days at the adult only pool or across the road at the beach.
The 4 night stay was relaxing & enjoyable, but this resort is not for anyone that may want a more unique Bali stay, with mainly westernised food options & staff generally speaking good English.
There was a cultural night there during our stay with dancing & buffet food, which was very enjoyable.
A walk in the nearby streets of Legian also showed how westernised the area was, particularly targetting Australian tourists.
