After travelling 24 hours of flight from Hong Kong to Charlotte, US in the morning on 2 Oct 2018. I arrived this Hyatt group of hotel. As I already email to the hotel in at least a month ago to request early check-in, certainly the hotel not rejected my request but made a statement that it depends on the availability.
Today I arrived at 8 am. At the front desk, the reception seems very sincerely that the will arrange but today is fully booked. I understand.
However, I am really tired after 24 hrs flight without a really sleep and I had also told the reception that I really need to take a shower and refresh myself to attend the conference today by 3 pm.
Ok. I wait. At the lobby, from 9 am till 12nn, I saw at least 10 units checked out. However, I still waiting at the lobby. How come the hotel cannot arrange only a room a little bit earlier for check in with at least 10 rooms already checked out?
I ask the front desk several time and still same answer.... wait.
Until 12:15pm, I got a room.
I am very disappointed with Hyatt group on this hotel.
