這飯店的網路很糟糕，櫃檯人員服務很差 當我反應網路有問題，服務人員回答：那不關我的事。 當我搭Taxi回飯店行李箱丢在taxi上，想請飯店幫忙查看監視器的影相，櫃檯也回他們沒辦法幫忙，總之這是我覺得最懶散又種族歧視的服務

Great, central, convenient hotel
Excellent hotel in excellent location. Would definitely stay again. Room spotlessly clean. Great shower and comfy bed. 5 minute walk from Alexanderplatz station and taxi rank right outside hotel door so super convenient.

Definitely worth staying!!
Hotel is very close to the train station (5min walk). Easy to get around as hotel is located in the city centre so everything is walking distance. Highly recommend getting this hotel when staying in berlin. Staff and service was great, nothing to fault as they treat all customers equally.

Very nice! Recommend!
Staff are nice, the room is comfortable and stylish and clean. It is also close to subway station and some attractions. It would be perfect if the housekeeping pay more attention to small details. In general the stay was very nice. It is out of my expectation!

Lovely stay.
Another lovely stay in this hotel, nice, quiet and convienient, only downside that I thought let the hotel down was the black mould in the shower sealant which could have easily been sorted.
