Was looking forward to staying here after previously staying at the original Healdsburg Hotel property and traveling from out of town for personal/business. Unfortunately, disappointing experience and value overall for the price paid due to construction challenges directly in front of hotel: PROS Great sleek, minimalistic, hip, eco design Restaurant within hotel Friendly manager offered water at check-in and helpful local recommendations Complimentary bottle of wine and valet parking with welcome letter from management in room because of construction directly in front of hotel -- nice touch of hospitality CONS Called for early check-in and was told it was possible because there were unoccupied rooms from previous night but at check-in there was confusion over inventory availability Loud construction as early as 8am not conducive for sleep or conference calls Valet did not greet me upon arrival, he saw me but proceeded to another vehicle - a simple "hello and we'll be with you soon" or "please go ahead inside" would suffice No luggage assistance outside Pool wasn't clean, had leaves, dirt so I didn't get my usual morning swim in A little surprised an "eco" hotel offers plastic coffee packets Dirty white rag towel left on balcony from prior guest or housekeeping Hopefully better experience without construction and more attention to hospitality details.

Would absolutely go back. Aesthetically pleasing, but very laid back. Loved hearing the word “complimentary”.........Sunday NY Times, breakfast eggs to order, espresso, wine and snacks in room.

We had a room facing healdsburg ave so it was very noisy and not the relaxing night away we had hoped. I feel like it’s a lot of money for what it is.
