Excellent service and clean hotel however Bay view rooms are also considers water front, but upon rejecting the room, a water front was given at no extra charge. Staff service is great and even more exceptional when giving immediate tips to staff. 10-20 pounds will get the staff rushing to make you happy..

It was amazing,staff are very helpful,varaity of food and very tastful( big thanks for the chef and all staff working at the resturant), all staff are working very hard to keep your stay comfortable and memorable(big thanks for the pool bar team and the beach bar team ) the guards all over the place are very tentive ( they really are doing a great job ) ... i had alot to say but i don't have much words to express how wonderful my vacation was ... all i can say that i was very sad that my vacation ends Definetly i hope to come back very very soon Thanks again for everyone is working at stella di mare sharm from the smallest one as they are doing really a great effort to keep everything neatly,clean,comfortable and they are smiling at your face ,usually ask if you are satisfied or not, asking us if we need any further help or support in anything , they are really very helpful team... the major sucess of this hotel is there staff and them and they really love there job and doing it with love not a matter of duty .. they are dealing with the guest as if one family looking forward to see all you soon.

Very nice and clean hotel with a clean beach. Despite COVID19, they are trying their best to keep customers safe. We hope they can open the other restaurant in order to have variety of choice for food.

This is my third time staying at the hotel. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. Very experienced and friendly staffs. I checked in at night and they were very helpful. I forgot the names but they have helped me upgrade the family room I booked to suite. Very clean hotel, and surely will book there again in next visit.

Always exceeded my expectations in every way possible. Reception staff were excellent and were able to accommodate all of my requests.
