It’s not just the beautifully designed interiors or the tranquil spa that made my stay exceptional—it was the staff, who went above and beyond in every single way. The team at Solterra is truly world-class. From the warm welcome at check-in to the personalized farewell as I left, I felt genuinely cared for. Everyone I encountered was friendly, attentive, and effortlessly professional. They remembered my name, offered thoughtful suggestions, and seemed to anticipate my needs before I even voiced them. It’s rare to see this level of genuine hospitality—where you feel more like a guest in someone’s home than a customer at a hotel. The rooms themselves are a perfect balance of comfort and modern elegance. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the linens fresh and soft, and the layout well thought-out with beautiful lighting and thoughtful touches throughout. The private outdoor space was a dreamy bonus, especially in the early morning or late evening.
