The location is very good and close to close to Windsor Castle and great shopping area. The hotel is clean and modern, Wi-Fi is working very good and it's free, parking is quite convenience.

Breakfast was very good, with both continental one and cooked one.

飯店位置很好，離Windsor Castle超級近，飯店服務人員也都很有禮貌。

附近環境不錯耶！而且離溫莎古堡很近，裡面的裝飾蠻古典。附近停車場有點距離。大致上還不錯

地點很方便 房間很乾淨 早餐很豐富

First of all, the location is awesome where is right next to the castle. The hotel itself is lovely. We stayed in the classic double room, which is roomy and clean; however, maybe it’s because our room is at lowere level (3F), what we see from the window is just other building’s wall (and the worst part is that wall is so close to our room that we could almost touch it if we reach our arms out). We also have its breakfast and it’s tasty. Besides, for those who drive, better to register for car park beforehand, otherwise, 35 pond for the overnight parking will be charged. Overall speaking, it’s a nice experience to stay with this hotel but if next time, we decide to stay here again, I’ll remember to ask for a room at higher level.

Nice Hotel and perfectly positioned in the centre. Was quite surprised and disappointed to discover that parking cost an EXTRA £35 on top. Was not displayed prominently on website and In the current climate I think this could be wavered as it was not Valet Parking. Also had to request bath towels.

Great service,feltsafe lovely breakfast but why I was in an accessible room??? Not the most comfortable

Stayed on first floor in room 108 - executive double room. It was clear that room had been mothballed for a while as very dusty. No view as window had opaque glass. No bathrobes, slippers etc. Very disappointing as used voucher from previous Covid cancelled stay that was worth far more than cost of the room. Will not return.
