Weekend winter break.
Fantastic short break in Iceland. We stayed 2 nights here. Lovey rooms the suites are fantastic with a hot tub outside. The weather was poor with snow and high winds but still managed to drive to the hotel from the airport. Great location with plenty to see and do in the area. we even managed to build a snowman.

The place was amazing. Great hospitality. As far as I can tell all the family rooms come with their own private hot tub. It wasn’t in the hotel description so a nice surprise to an already great experience.

Property itself was ok, but service and overall fit/finish were lacking. Despite a 20-hour day in the summer, some rooms did not have curtains. The place was totally deserted, but no upgrades were offered. Hot tubs were exclusively automatic, meaning you couldn’t use them at will. This place has potential but falls flat

We had a fabulous time, and the hotel was kind enough to provide us with private room service from their excellent restaurant because we were so tired from the trip from Florida. Highly recommended!
