Just an overall great experience
Staff is attentive and looks at you when they speak. Room was very clean and easy to navigate. Shuttle was on time. This place cares about service and it shows.

Good Location - easy access. Bar was closed, but had free breakfast, though there were very limited choices due to covid. Hot breakfast burrito's were good though. The Room was nice and had a little kitchenette. The room wasn't dirty, but there is more to clean than a regular hotel room so things like the top of the fridge was dusty. The room is tight with the pull out bed out but not overly crowded.

Although the room had technical difficulties and issues with, phone, stove, and heater, the staff’s customer service was excellent. They made up for the issues and even moved us to a larger upgraded room.

Ended up having to stay here due to a cancelled flight and was certainly surprised. The location is nice and quiet. Plenty of delivery options. Staff is helpful and the view isn’t half bad.

Great stay... A little disappointed
I loved the room, It was a great stay. Great people! I was disappointed when I realized there was no restaurant onsite (due to COVID)... they only offer morning grab-and-go breakfast service. Which is good. They have posters on the elevator for the restaurant that is not operating. Why not offer room service and keep the restaurant operating? The bar is functional just No food. Any food would need to be purchased from the pantry area (chips, drinks, DGornio Pizza, etc.).

Covid Safe
I thought they were doing a good job in regards to Covid. Really appreciated the individually wrapped hot breakfast! And reserving the pool for individual time worked good. Would have liked lotion in the room, but was able to get it when asked for. Also, asked for a late check out, and was able to get that as well. Overall very pleased
