Lovely time
The hotel is very clean, the staff are lovely, the area is good for shops and a fifteen/twenty minute walk into San Antonio Bay. The food was good, inparticular the evening meals. I would definitely stay again.

Honest Opinion
The hotel said they offered a free shuttle service to the beach but when we arrived to the hotel, they informed us that the service has been removed for over a year. They promptly updated their listing online but, Hotel.com was able to issue a coupon for our troubles. The food was hit or miss but we always had an option that worked out for the meal. The best part was the gentleman in charge of entertainment. He was funny and always full of energy. He also recommended a couple of good places to go out at night. We also found it odd that you had to pay 10 Euros to use an iron. If you decide to go outside of the hotel and you don't look like you are from that country...... You are not going to be treated well...

Great hotel but not for families
I went as a single person and it was definitely a 'party hotel'. Young groups of singles drinking and partying and noisy corridors at night. No entertainment provision for children and not a very child friendly environment around the pool (drinking, swearing etc).

The rooms were clean and comfortable,staff friendly and helpful. The all inclusive drink token system works very well and keeps the pool area litter free. The food in the restaurant was always varied and of good quality if not the widest range,but I always found something nice.

Le camere sono larghe, pulite e abbastanza insonorizzate. La vista non è particolarmente affascinante ma la posizione è strategica. Vicino a Sant Antonio (in macchina). Grande parcheggio gratuito. Attenzione a usare google maps per trovare l'hotel. Lo indica in una posizione sbagliata. I locals ci hanno aiutato a trovarlo.
