I paid a bit more and tried the Marriot since they advertised that they were taking extra cleaning precautions due to the pandemic. The room was clean, the TV was bigger than most places, there were some free movie channels, and the front desk staff was polite. There wasn't any food or drinks, but that was expected. The only downside was the $12 parking fee like other reviewers mentioned. It's listed on the website, but I honestly didn't check since I've been staying at hotels in Glenwood Springs for the past 10 years and have never been charged for parking. Fortunately I found some free parking about 5 minutes away.

I was not sure what to expect when staying at a hotel during COVID 19, Marriott was clean, no room cleaning service during multiple day stays and no coffee/food in the morning except for the coffee maker in the room. We would stay here again, staff friendly and plenty of parking.

Went to workout. There was only one stair-stepper and the screen was broken so you could not enter your workout selection, etc. There was little resistance so it did not give you a workout.

The roof and walls are very thin, so you hear those next door and when a family with kids is jumping and stomping around above you it is very loud.

I experience multiple problems during the stay. On first night our toilet was clogged. Unusual for relatively new hotel. I experience problem in their "gym" and manager Kevin was completely unhelpful. No room cleaning, or breakfast were available. COVID is a bad excuse for very poor service. During our two week trip in Colorado, other hotels somehow managed to have cleaning services and breakfast. Overall, I've experienced dirty hotel room and poorly trained employees. I will not recommend to stay in this hotel.
