Jamás había estado en un hotel tan viejo y feo , las habitaciones horribles , el staff del hotel súper grosero , las condiciones de la alberca y los jacuzzis pésimas . La verdad jamás regresaría a este lugar . Es depresivo venir a este tipo de lugares , especialmente si vienes con tu pareja o familia . Nunca en mi vida lo recomendaría

Excelete opción para visitar las Mariposas Monarca
Excelente Ubicación, La habitación 201, fue la que más nos gustó a pesar de ser familiar. Gerardo nos dio un tour para conocer el hotel y se esmeró con mucha paciencia hasta que decidimos en cual hospedarnos. Las instalaciones del SPA están muy bien ambientadas pero lo más importante, muy limpias. El restaurante está frente a la caída de agua, lo que permite disfrutar de unos deliciosos platillos en contacto con la naturaleza. La atención de José es inmejorable.

The staff is exceptionally helpful as well friendly!The hotel is clean and located on the hill next to a all natural waterfall which dominates the entrance and restaurants with its majestic beauty.

Very over priced. The room extremely basic and does not justify the high price tag. The hotel in general is old and very outdated. The restaurant has nothing extraordinary to note.

Not a place for a family
This is a hotel with a huge potencial but with a very poor things to offer to the family. the pool is indore and not out. there is no place for kids to play. no kids club. nada for kids. nothing for family

No hay mucho que hacer en el hotel , las imagenes en Expedia son diferentes a los que realmente es , lo unico lindo es la cascada y como hotel puedieran cuidar mas el entorno de la misma , no creo que el valor sea para lo que ofrecen las habitaciones del hotel.
