The resort looks nothing like the photos. When I checked into my room their were ants all over my bad and had to force them to give me another room.

The staff are great. Good laughs and make you feel at home. Alittle construction but no show stopper

Overpriced hotel. Outdated.

We requested extra pillows and towels, as it is extraordinarily hot and humid on this island. They would only give us a couple extra towels. Other than this issue that we had every day of our stay, everyone else was very nice and accommodating.

This hotel is right next to a construction site. The noise can be heard all day. Looks like they might be there for another six months. The hotel advertises non smoking rooms. You can not smoke in the rooms but if someone is on the balcony smoking you can smell it in your room. If you are a smoker this is the property for you. Our room was cleaned every day but the toilet still smelt bad every day. The breakfast staff did a great job on keeping our coffee cups full. The selection of fresh food and made to order eggs were great. This hotel is in a great location to do shopping and finding a restaurant. Be warned the smell of sewage and garbage while walking along the Main Street can be overwhelming. If you need to do laundry during your stay? The hotel prices are very expensive. There are many place along the Main Street who do a good job and very inexpensive. I would not recommend this hotel. The price might be right but for a few extra dollars you can have even better time at a different hotel.
