I have no idea why there is no shower curtain in the bathroom so the bathroom is wet all the time after shower. Beds are very comfortable, staff are very nice.

酒店地點很好，房間清潔，床鋪舒適。但接待處職員態度差，挑選雙床房卻提供了大床房，安排有點混亂，多番要求換房卻只冷淡對待，最後接觸到 Ms Juanita 才能得到成功，她更主動用訊息與我溝通，態度誠懇有禮，值得一讚！

I booked 2 x Deluxe Rooms, Park View (King), for a business trip for myself and a colleague. Which I hoped would ensure a comfortable night's stay. I think that I'd try an alternative hotel before I would consider staying here again. Negatives: Very hot rooms - not conducive for a comfortable nights' sleep. Air conditioning incredibly noisey. Previous guests hairs left in the bathroom - not pleasant. Most of the lights in both rooms were not working - so the rooms were very dark. The main lightswitch in one of the rooms was buzzing (as if there was an electrical 'short'). Positives: Comfortable bed. The hotel bar and restaurant are attractive, and the breakfasts were tasty and good value. The Reception was welcoming, and the bar-service friendly. Good location with paid-parking close by.

Great location - could not be better - and really nice friendly staff. The breakfast was one of the best ever. All good. The check-in was poor. At 4 pm our room was not ready. Not fun after a long flight. The restaurant had good food and very nice servers, but their attention to details, like the right condiments with fish and chips was not so great. But I would book again in a heartbeat

The hotel was perfect and as was the location. You literally can’t beat it. Very nice staff and the rooms were nice and modern as well as clean.

Great location for Albert Dock and shopping. Very comfortable and clean. We had a swift check in and check out. We parked in the Q park, Liverpool One which is just a few minutes walk away and got a 30%discount from the hotel. Would highly recommend.

Lovely comfortable room however it did not have sanitising sticker over door but a guy came to the door and asked if room was clean and it appeared to be ok. Disappointed no decaf tea/coffee option in room too late to ask by the time I realised. Think the windows and outside area could do with a clean ! Otherwise lovely relaxing stay. Breakfast was lovely and staff friendly.

The check in experience was very easy and the staff were very pleasant and polite and they looked very smart in their uniforms. The room was fine but had risen to double the price since I first looked at it a couple of weeks back but this seems the same with every hotel - gone are the days when leaving things to the last minute gave you the greatest savings. Our room was pleasant enough but we were placed into one half of a family room with connecting doors and ok it was secure from either side but the soundproofing was not great between the rooms. The double glazing wasn't very effective as I was woken several times in the night by shouting and singing outside(we were 3 floors up) and the doors in the hotel bang very loudly when being closed. Every time the neighbouring showers and toilets were used it sounded like somebody was about to start playing a trumpet and the bathroom needed a bit of a makeover as there were cracked tiles, grout missing and the bath itself had a patch near the plughole which looked like the enamel had been scoured away(no doubting the cleanliness on that point). The breakfast was a buffet style and although there was lots of it I'm afraid it wasn't of the greatest quality. All in all the stay was decent enough had I paid the advance price but given the fact it had doubled it simply wasn't worth the money. Always book in advance is the lesson to this review.

I stayed at the Presidential Suite for 2 nights to relax after my wedding. The room was a good size with great views of the docks. Check in was standard. Polite and friendly staff. Room is dated. Automatic curtains don’t shut and need to be closed manually. There are also gaps that allow light to seep through and they are coming off the rails in places. The bathroom is of good size but the bath has a crack in it. I have not used it so I don’t know if is water tight. Air conditioning in the bedroom was not working properly and despite asking for it to be fixed twice, the problem was not sorted as they kept the focus on the air flow rather than air temperature. No slippers in the room but they were provided when asked. At check in we were asked to request if we wanted the room cleaned before 3pm on the following day. We asked before we went into town the following morning for it to to be cleaned and on returning this hadn’t been done. The sitting area tv was not working. We informed reception about this issue on the first night but not sorted despite maintenance attending. The aerial cable was replaced on the second day. Bedroom light bulb was above the lamp shade and looked like it had been clumsily repaired. Only one light worked on the vanity mirror. We did raise these issues with the general manager. He agreed it was below standard and did attempt to rectify some of the issues. All in all a very disappointing experience for the most expensive room in the hotel.
