I can’t say enough good things about our experience at this hotel! Great location right on the beach and close enough to walk to everything. We stayed for 8 nights and I still didn’t want to leave. Frank at the front desk went above and beyond! He arranged transportation, made us COVID test appointments and was incredibly helpful when my husband was stung by a stingray…which he arranged a doctor for us.
We spent most days at the beach bar. Jave was our server every day and he was excellent! Friendly, attentive and lots of fun!
The morning breakfast was better than most complimentary hotel breakfasts. The food at the beach bar was excellent. Seafood was fresh and tasty and the tacos were incredible.
They were doing construction while we were there so that wasn’t ideal but that’s just a timing bad luck situation. I can’t wait to come back and see how the new bar turned out!
I would not hesitate to book this hotel again and recommend it to anyone traveling to Holbox.
