Spacious Room and Professional Services
We reserve a studio there for birthday staycation. We were happy to see the hotel staff did take note of our requests and provide delicious chocolate cake and simple decoration to us. The room is very spacious with gorgeous bathtub with city view. There was a minor incident when we were dining in Cafe Gray Deluxe that my friend found hair in food. Upon my friend’s complaint, the restaurant staff waived the cost on that dish and they gave a box of chocolate as apology. I do appreciate the way to settle the case in a professional manner. The only drawback of this hotel is that there is no swimming pool but they could provide one way transportation to access the pool in East Hotel.

Nice breakfast, but service need to be improved
Overall is great. Nice view and spacious room. Staff is great and give recommendations about breakfast choice. Little disappointed as I expect luxury hotel with this price range will provide turn down service ( I left the room at 8pm and backed at 11pm with the room making light on). I am sure a staff had get into my room as the room service light and ac have switched off. The room remained untidy. Also, the toilet seat has a weird smell (maybe more detailed cleaning is needed. The breakfast is unexpectedly great! Personally recommend the japanese breakfast set.

Staffs are caring and they would greeted me once I just arrived the check in counter. The breakfast were absolutely amazing and Japanese set is highly recommended. Me and my husband are really impressed by everything in Upper Hoise.

The best hotel
the place really makes you feel like home, right in the city centre yet peaceful like an urban oasis. Very large rooms, picturesque bathroom and perfect attentive services. Highly recommend!!!
