The staff was great. Very attentive to my needs. The desk staff did everything possible to make my stay very good. The restaurant was excellent. The chef greeted me and told me to let him know of anything I wanted. He met me at every meal and made my dishes to perfection. The entire restaurant staff could not have been more gracious. They met my every need. As soon as I walked into the restaurant, they found a seat for me and knew I wanted water immediately. Not many places in US or India can meet their service. If I return to Ahmedabad in the future, I will stay at the Four Points

Stayed for 3 nights and never got hot water each day I ask FrontDesk first day she told me there was a problem they working to fix it next day same thing and third day when I was checking out staff lied to me that they have maintenance checked out and it was fine and I ask him to have Maitanace go to room and show me if it’s actually working but he was laying about it they have never send Maitanace to room and don’t expect 5 star hotel to lie about it that’s not five star stander and did not offer ( I did not ask) any compensation which I would have denied any way because I don’t roll like that

I was relatively disappointed with our stay at the four points by Sheraton. The restaurant was pretty disappointing with very few enjoyable non-Indian options. Also, while the service was great in person, there were a couple of miscommunications. First of all, I called and asked for a 1pm check in time and a ride from the train station instead of the airport. I was told that would be no problem, that our rooms would be ready and a car would be waiting at the train station when our train arrived. But when me and my colleagues arrived at the train station we called to see where the car was and were told that no arrangements had been made. Also, our rooms were not ready because they said we never called to confirm a check in time. Overall, I thought it was over priced. Over stayed in similar hotels at this price point that are much nicer with better food and no issues forgetting things that were discussed. However, the staff was great once we got there. The drivers were very kind and helpful as were all of the staff.

Check in was fast. Room was quite dusty. I nearly had an ashtma attack. Lucky i had my mediation handy. I mentioned this to the reception staff so they got my room cleansed for the next night. We stayed for 2 nights. The towels provided were very old

Excellent service all the way around. Great food, very clean, very helpful, great car drivers. I highly recommend Dilip and Aziz for transportation or sight seeing the others are great but didn’t get to write their names down. The front desk personnel was superb 24/7 The restaurant personnel was great. I will definitely go back.

I made this reservation for my mother's visit to Ahmedabad. While she was pleased with the overall stay, the hotel's gesture on the last day was very impressive. My mother forgot one of our luggage in the room at the time of check out and learnt about that only on reaching the Airport. Upon informing the hotel, they arranged to send the luggage in a dedicated vehicle to rapidly deliver it to the airport at no additional cost. I was specially asked by my mom to mention this in the review. Thank you Four Points for this gesture.
