Really nice place to stay, very quites! Staff were very helpful!

The villas are very private and relaxing. The pool was amazing. The staff were happy to drop us off at the shops three times a day. Great service and good location. Nice cafe across the road. Only downside was the bed. It's a slated bed and creaks when you roll over. Overall a wonderful property with great service

I brought my parents here and we stayed in a two-bedroom villa. Overall the experience is average. Good: Service staff are very friendly. The villa is spacious. Can be improved: Breakfast is below average. Or I put it this way, the quality of breakfast buffet (if you call it so) is way below our expectation. We don't expect a variety of choices but please make sure every little dish you serve is fresh and well-prepared. Furnitures are old and some are worn out. Look at the bathtub areas and the kitchen (thought we don't use it) - you can do better. The bathrooms (attached to both bedrooms), though spacious, doesn't smell good. Not sure if it's because of humidity or antiseptic liquid used.

Friendly helpful and professional staff

Very friendly staff! Manager has wonderful English and they are very helpful with anything you need. Although not in the heart of canguu, a free shuttle runs 3 times a day to Seminyak and can be used for personal trips also

The ambience was amazingly relaxing, with the staff providing excellent service at every turn. The villa was set in an excellent location for us, with various places easily accessible by Go-Jem. Would definitely recommend Bidadari Villas to my friends and family.

My husband and I had a very relaxing 14 night holiday here. Complex of 19 villas with well maintained garden. Good breakfast. Beautiful big and clean swimming pool. Good service. Many cafes, coffee shops and Spas in walking distance. Will be back.

Villa très sympathique et spacieuse pour un séjour en couple. Le personnel est au petit soin et très accueillant. Seul bémol, le petit déjeuner qui est minimaliste et manque de choix. Excellent rapport qualité/prix. Je recommande !

Dehr netter Empfang, nettes Personal und bis auf einige kleine Makel gute "Villa". Meine einzige Beanstandung ist die Sauberkeit. Im Großen und Ganzen sieht alles sauber aus. Allerdings wird täglich nur sehr grob gereinigt und wir haben zu 80 % immer die selben dreckigen Handtücher - verpackt und gefaltet als wären sie frisch und sauber - wieder erhalten. Ansonsten kleines Frühstücksbuffet mit täglich wechselnden Gerichten, allerdings ohne Käse- oder Salamisorten. Stattdessen eher Mittagsgerichte auf balinesischer Art. Im Großen und Ganzen fäempfanden wir unseren 2 wöchigen Aufenthalt sehr angenehm und würden wieder dort übernachten.
