I stay in different hotels weekly due to my job. And so far this has been the worst experience ever. First I was assigned wrong room, then they gave me a key that didn’t work. Upon checking in, I ask about the pool and gym being open. She said that it was open 24/7 wrong. Plus she treated me like I was annoying her all the time. Will inform my coworker to drive a couple of miles more before spending the night here.

Everything about my time at the hotel was fine. I enjoyed our room and stay, however there was a annoying banging on the wall from the floor above or across the hall way that woke me. But overall the stay was great, and will consider staying here again in the future.

I will definitely stay here again even if it is 20 minutes from Pismo Beach. It had only been about 30 minutes from checking in I received a call to the room asking me if everything was ok. It was taking long to enter my email and password in Netflix so came promptly to replace the remote and brought me extra towels that I needed for the amount of guests checked in. The pillows, comforter and mattress were so comfortable. I loved the shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispenser filled with plenty of Paul Mitchell products. The breakfast was more than we expected with a warm egg/sausage/cheese sandwich and other items like yogurt, cereal, fruit,etc. The coffee was delicious too! Even though COVID-19 is restricting many Hotels, this hotel took appropriate health measures to still serve breakfast as a to go option and we appreciate it. Thank you again for making our stay similar to being home. The staff really care about their guests. I highly recommend you stay here instead of other pricey Hotels with no complimentary breakfast.

Awesome

Check-in was very smooth and we loved the room. Although there was a lot of noise from the neighbors above. We could hear them walking and jumping until midnight. Breakfast amidst Covid-19 was served well. We loved the warm and freshly prepared Burritos

Short stay on a business trip. Clean and a great value.

I enjoyed my stay and like how you need your room key to enter hotel at night.
