My elderly mother and I stayed for one night for a quick trip to the Cape for some holiday shopping. The beds and room was very comfortable and fine for us, however it was incredibly noisy with people next to us, outside our door, above us, etc. The hotel did not seem to be fully occupied as one whole side of the complex seemed to be totally empty, yet an entire soccer team of 12 year olds was put in rooms around ours. They were loud, running around late at night, etc. I am not sure why resort planning would not have put that whole group at another part of the hotel away from everyone else. That was incredibly disruptive and the reason for my "only OK" review.
