Location is perfect for boulevard saint germaine Small boutique hotel that needs a tweak or two to really offer value for money. Weird jacuzzi bath with a broken shower over head, that makes a horrendous noise for a good 5 minutes after you’ve finished your shower. There are bamboo pots outside the ground floor rooms that offer some privacy but get soaking wet obviously when it rains and it’s impossible not to get soaking wet going to and from hotel room. Staff friendly and efficient but we didn’t really need or ask for anything besides mentioning the loud noise re the bath, which they said was normal.

We've stayed in Paris dozens of times, and the Conti is now our Number 1, choice to go back to. Location is perfect for getting to all the sites. Is on a very quiet street, and yet, walk 50 yards down the street and BAM, you've never seen so many restaurants, cafes, bistros, etc. etc. The way the French eat out and have so much fun is amazing. The staff at the Conti couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. We normally don't sign up for breakfast the hotels we stay in, but were glad we did at the Conti, as there is a wide variety of choices, and the price reasonable. Saved us a lot of time looking around -- even with all those restaurants -- and probably not saving all that much money. We can now quiet looking around trying to find a great place next time we're in Paris. It will be the Conti.

We had a great stay at Hotel Prince de Conti. It was a quaint little hotel in a great location with tons of restaurants right around the corner and a block from Le Seine. The room we rented was a little small, and the A/C wasn't great, but since the weather was nice we could open the windows, let a breeze in and look out on the quintessential Parisian street below. Karim, who greeted us on the first night and for the next few nights, was so warm and welcoming and always asked about our day and gave us great advice on sites to see and how to get there. The breakfast was nothing special but it was convenient. What could take the room to the next level, would be a set of drawers instead of the table, and a better shower door or curtain as the half wall did not contain the water and we would soak the floor with every shower. Overall, we had a wonderful time in Paris and a great stay at Hotel Prince de Conti.

The hotel is very charming, it is definitely unique. Its location was amazing, it's 10 (quick feeling) minutes away by foot from the Louvre museum or, in the other direction, the Notre Dame basilica. Bus stations, metro stations are both nearby. Close to it you can find quaint streets with beautiful and cute restaurants. The wifi is free, which is great. One thing I thought was a little old-school was that I had to leave my key with someone at the front desk every time I left the hotel. However, there were never any kind of problems, nothing went missing from the room. Also, for further peace of mind, I left my passport and other valuables in the safe in the room. By the way, if you use the jacuzzi, here's something worth knowing: it has a self-cleaning mechanism. So about 30 minutes after your bath, it will turn on, to push out any remaining water from its nozzles. This is normal, it's how it works. Well, I didn't know that the first time I used it and it scared me pretty bad, I thought I broke it somehow. Anyway, just let it do its thing, it finishes in about 10 minutes. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel! It will enhance your Parisian experience :)
