Basic hotel, very clean and friendly, breakfast good value.

We stayed for a night to attend to a concert, everything was ok.

The room was not what I was expecting. The parking was a fiasco. We had to park quite a distance away in a parking garage and walk back and forth with our luggage. We purchased a discounted parking ticket at the front desk that night, but when we went to use it the next morning, the machine would not take it. We ended up having to pay again at the parking garage. This information should be disclosed on their website. Had we of known, we would have chosen another place to stay due to the inconvenience.

Recently had a 2 weeks stay with work. Location is perfect being just a short walk from the train station. Service was good, breakfast was basic but adequate. Cleanliness is off the scale. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in a more spotless hotel. Will use again when back in Tarragona.

We stayed here for one night on our way back to Barcelona. When we first drove by the neighborhood looked rough. It is however, very close (walking distance) to all of the old ruins, old town, the train station and the beach. When we arrived 30 minutes before check-in, our host made sure to look at her watch to tell us we were too early. Her demeanor was rude. The room was ready though and we were able to check in. Paid parking is nearby and the hotel offers a discount (Bring your ticket to the desk when you check-in)... approx 14 euros per night. I had to pay full price -approx 18 euros because every time I brought my ticket to the desk there wasn't anyone available to validate it. The wifi is really good, but they only give you two logins. We first logged in with our phones, then when we came back from exploring we tried to log in to our computers and it was not allowed. I went downstairs and she had to re-set the internet for our room so we could log in to our computers. I asked if we could pay for another internet password, as my husband was working and needed both his phone and computer and I needed to work on my computer. and she rudely told me NO! ONLY TWO PEOPLE GET TWO INTERNET. This was a different woman. When we left at 7:05 the breakfast area was not open yet.

started badly when I parked in the basement below the Hotel - but that's not their car park despite the entrance being literally next door to the Hotel main door! and no warning signs. they don't even have a key to it but the helpful receptionist found someone from the block to get my car out as the door had automatically closed and locked They actually give you a discount in a pubic multistorey half a km drive away room was ok - modern good quality foam mattress which you either like (I do) or hate Very cheap folding door to small bathroom

location and the friendly staff. the breakfast was perfect.

The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good with Nescafe espresso machine. Central location opposite train station. City center within walking distance.

Stayed over for work. Really sweet place. No frills but very well looked after.
