The customer service has so far been really good. However, within the last year the cleanliness of the rooms have been terrible. The last two times I stayed at this hotel, I had to change rooms. My advise is before you get comfortable check out the sheets, and bathroom.

Decent Hotel
The hotel is pretty nice but the shower and fixtures are showing their age, this use to be an A Loft property. Staying during COVID means certain things are not available. Two floors were closed for deep cleaning which is a good thing.

Great with a few exceptions
Everything was really nice except there were no wash cloths & the soap dispenser in the shower we’re empty. Possibly it was a precaution due to COVID-19.

Modern design
Very clean. I really liked how the room is set up with a divider for the open bathroom concept. Frosted window in shower was a nice touch. My kids thought it was the coolest room ever.

the room was ok.... the service was terrible. the first room the gave me was dirty i called the front desk and she asked me to come down and get a new room...what... ok... next room the key didnt work ..cslled fro. my cell ...will you come down and get a new key..me no... brought key to different room.. no offer to help carry my stuff....

nice except dogs
very clean room, but dirty hall floors due to DOGS tracking dirt everywhere. I am appalled at the amount of dogs in the hotel. It grossed me out. Just knowing that dogs stay in the bed that we slept in was gross. I am also appalled that there are NO PET FREE rooms at all. It is a shame that pets now are more important than people. other than that fact, the room was nice. breakfast was terrible. bagels in little paper bags were hard as rocks, no juices, creamers were looking old and bad, no regular coffee. yes it is during covid season, but the hotel can have some employee servicing the breakfast area.
