Beautiful Villas w/all the benefits of Westin!
We stayed in the Westin Villas (next door to the Westin Hotel) which are more like beautiful, well-appointed condos. Big kitchen with granite countertops, large living room, and very large bathroom (with a walk-in marble shower). It was so amazing that from now on, instead of staying inside the Westin in their hotel rooms, we will stay in the Westin Villas. You have all of the amenities of the hotel (gym, spa, parking, restaurants, etc.) but with what is essentially a very large suite for the price of a hotel room.

The room was great, only complaint was the staff refusal to take bags to the room since it was after hours. I also found the food and service to be lacking during our breakfast. For $70 a breakfast for 2 should be outstanding. The food was ok and the server appeared under the influence of something.

Stolen gear and keys that did not work
My keys did not work for the garage or my Villa. My ski gear was stolen while I tried to find a phone for assistance. I had no hot water the first night. The hot tubs were lukewarm and the manager said he left me a message which I never received. I was there 3 days and was unable to replace my helmet goggles and mittens to ski. I have been coming here for years and it was my favorite place. I am a veteran and have been to many places.
