This place is highly overpriced. I paid $1,053 for 4 nights, but this type of hotel should absolutely NOT cost morethan $150 per night. The first room that i checked into was dirty, bathroom was dirty & smells very bad, my bed had a very bad squeaky sound everytime I turned around, and the the mattress was super uncomfortable. I switched rooms the next day, but this was a big mistake because the new room was even WORSE in condition with respect to everything I just mentioned. For my room costing $275 per nigh, this was a big cheat by the hotel and Hotel.com needs to be aware of the type of services that the hotels that they are working with are steeling from their customers.

A wonderful experience indeed. I was a very relaxing experience and peaceful experience.
Worse experience ever!! Overpriced. To add to this there was no staff at the front desk. For any help had to walk down to get assistance.

I stayed two nights on my way to The Gambia. I have stayed many times in this hotels dating back to 2014. I was completely disappointed with the state of the property. It is run down, not clean and it seems staff are no longer the happy faces I am used to. In the room there was not towels, no tea or coffee. When I called to request some, it took over 2 hours. On the second night, my sister joint me. I told receptionist that the two bed to be separated but the second day it wasn’t. I called at 6pm after spending all day out in town only to find the beds not prepared as we wished. Very disappointed with the services, equally disappointed 😔 with rooms and common areas and I don’t think Covid 19 has anything to do with it.

One of the best hotels in dakar. I was wondering which would be better between pullman and radisson blu, but now I recommend Radisson Blu. Big swimming pool: quiet big and comfortable, clean and the view is really nice. Restaurant next to the swimming pool: it is hard to believe but the taste was good. I highly recommend the chicken(I forget the name of menu but it was 4 pieces of seasoned chicken)

Extremely disappointing stay. Initially booked a two-bedroom apartment, as no other rooms were big enough for two adults and two children without roll-away beds. Had no idea the apartment would be a ten-minute walk from the hotel. It was obvious no one had stayed there in months; no coffee/tea, cracked and stained tile, two dirty mattresses sitting in the hallway greeting us, all lamps unplugged. Radisson was nice enough to move us the next day to a suite (with rollaway beds) in the main hotel the next day. But everywhere you looked, there was old, damaged, scuffed furniture, un-vacuumed hallways, a half-dozen janitor carts left in hallways at 8pm, elevators that didn't work, overflowing trash cans in the bathroom closest to the restaurant, etc. Our late-night flight was cancelled at the last minute, so we had to book a room again, and re-schedule our ride to the airport, which was confirmed by the desk manager. The next morning, there was no record of the new reservation. When we asked the concierge about options for getting a taxi or driver, she said the hotel driver charged a reasonable hourly rate. It was only after we returned that the driver showed us a different pricing schedule that more than tripled the price. One just gets a sense that Radisson management in Dakar doesn't care about this location and is happy to collect the ridiculous prices for rooms and food. A frustratingly disappointing experience.
