It was my first time staying at the Radisson Blu Iveria Hotel in Tibilisi and the experience was great. Staff was awesome, very attentive, friendly and helpful. Love the restaurant, great breakfast and dinner. I recommend this hotel.

A very pleasant hotel. It’s a gem in Tbilisi, with beautiful stunning scenery of the hills of the city. Unpretentious and certainly has the best location. The staff are friendly and helpful. Excellent facilities. P.S. the rooms are pleasant and bright; not as claustrophobic as other hotels in the area.

Location was superb, modern hotel with very fresh views on the city, I think it's very good choice in Tbilisi, more attention needed on the pool and spa area, staff were helpful and cooperated.

I come back to Georgia 3 to 4 times a year. This is by far the best hotel I've seen in Tbilisi. Thanks for the good service.

Disappointing that we were asked to pay for an additional bed when the room was already booked and paid for 3. While the charge was removed, the hotel said it was making an exception for us out of goodwill. This is not really right, the charge should not have been applied in the first place, mistakes are ok, and it was resolved but that should not be for an “exceptional” reason, but because it is the right thing to do. The Radisson should know this. The room was disappointing for one reason: the cleaners had not checked under the bed where there were some unpleasant things. Overall though the hotel is great, fantastic staff, good food and facilities. And everyone is doing really well given the challenging circumstances with Covid19. Everything very professional apart from these two small, but, for me, important details.

Asked for two beds in the room expecting two queen beds for 4 people (2 adults ,2kids ) got up to room and they are literally single beds . For a family I recommend a king and a pull out bed
